Following on from its successful manifesto launch, the Forage Party today embarked on a nationwide tour in the “Battle Bus” spreading its message of stuff. In a less than coherent statement before setting off, the party’s charismatic leader was quoted as saying: “Our message is loud and clear and we won’t be diverted off our track of seeking justice for alleged allotment-holders in this new dispensation in which we find ourselves within, so it is”. When asked to clarify on this statement, reporters were told to “read the ****ing document and leave me alone” which they proceeded to do (leave him alone that is).

The “Battle Bus” set off on its tour by departing from the Four Winds, passing through Forestside and the Ormeau Road before hitting the city centre around the back of the City Hall.
